The 2020 All New Honda City has been launched in Nepal. A fifth generation for the City, it is being offered in three trims that include VX and ZX. There are five colours including radiant red metallic, platinum pearl white, modern steel metallic, golden brown metallic and lunar silver metallic. The prices range from Rs 65.90 lakh to Rs 69.90 lakh.
Feature wise, the All New City is equipped with a new full LED light package, lane watch assist camera, climate control, sunroof, 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and height adjustment driver seat. All versions get three-point seat belts, head rest for second row middle passenger, ISOFIX child seat mounting points, dual front airbags and ABS with EBD. The top-spec ZX variant gets six airbags.
There are two engine options for this fifth generation Honda City. The 1.5-liter i-VTEC DOHC petrol engine produces 119bhp/145Nm and can be had with a six-speed manual or a CVT. The diesel engine is Honda’s 1.5-liter i-DTEC unit producing 98bhp/200Nm of torque and mated to a six-speed manual only. The petrol MT returns a fuel efficiency of 17.8 kmpl, while the CVT returns 18.4 kmpl. The diesel MT returns a fuel efficiency of 24.1 kmpl.
